Landscaper for 15 years. I love to take on a challenge, collaborating and planning the transformation of your landscape project from start to finish. I have landscape design experience in a wide array of settings including projects for homeowners, businesses, and organizations. My biggest project was at Oak Grove Cemetery filled with beautiful plants, shrubbery and flowering trees. We did around the main building, all signs, and the gorgeous Arches! My love of gardening comes from spending summers with my grandparents on their farm in Missouri. My mother has also influenced me and has been an asset in helping me acquire knowledge of plants from our many discussions and trips to nurseries. I tease her that she is on retainer as my consultant.

How I got my start: I helped friends with their landscaping free of charge for over 10 years before starting my own business. One day when I was training for a half marathon, as I passed a neighbor's house she asked if I happened to know anything about bushes. I told her I’d come chat after my run. After a consult, they asked if I was for hire, and I decided to go for it!

Fun Fact: I appear in the highly-awarded environmental documentary film Decoding the Driftless that my husband co-produced. It won a Regional Emmy and has been shown on PBS in over 30 states!
